Claudia Schlossberger
Dr. Claudia Schlossberger studied Slavic studies, literature and business administration in Cologne, Munich and St. Petersburg. In 1982 she started in Russia as a sales representative for Daimler-Benz, then went to India for a marketing project for one year. Her international experience inspired her to move to Human Resources, where she held various positions in the plant and headquarters. In 1994 Claudia Schlossberger was entrusted with the worldwide responsibility for Management Development and Staffing. In 1997, she decided to move from the automotive industry to retailing and established the HR function for the newly founded METRO GROUP. Since 2001, Claudia Schlossberger has been responsible for HR in the international Cash & Carry division. From 2011 to 2012 she was Chief Human Resources Officer / Managing Director Human Resources of the Metro Group before moving to Copenhagen in September 2012 as Executive Vice President Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee of the Carlsberg Group.
Today Claudia Schlossberger holds various supervisory board positions and advises corporations as well as executives. Since August 2021 she is also an Associate Partner at MITTELSTANDSHANSE.
Claudia Schlossberger has two grown-up children and lives in Heidelberg / Munich.
